Welcome to Tikly Cloud Solutions. These Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services, platform, website, and digital infrastructure solutions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.


1. SERVICES

Tikly Cloud Solutions provides digital and cloud-based services including but not limited to:

  • Domain registration and transfers

  • Web hosting

  • Cloud hosting

  • Business email solutions

  • DNS management

  • SSL certificates

  • VPS and server solutions

  • Related internet infrastructure services

All services are provided subject to service availability, operational capacity, and applicable technical requirements.


2. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and securing their login credentials.

Any activity performed under a customer account shall be considered the responsibility of the account owner.

Customers are expected to maintain the confidentiality of their passwords and account access information at all times.


3. PAYMENTS & BILLING

All services are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Services become active after successful payment confirmation.

Failure to renew or maintain active payments may result in:

  • Service suspension

  • Service interruption

  • Restricted access

  • Permanent deletion of services and related data

Tikly Cloud Solutions shall not be responsible for losses resulting from expired, suspended, or unpaid services.


4. DOMAIN SERVICES

Customers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate domain registration information

  • Renewing domains before expiry

  • Managing ownership rights related to their domains

Expired domains may become unavailable for recovery depending on registry timelines and policies.

Tikly Cloud Solutions reserves the right to reject, suspend, or restrict domain services associated with abuse, fraud, illegal activity, trademark disputes, or policy violations.


5. ACCEPTABLE USE

Customers may not use our services for activities including but not limited to:

  • Illegal operations

  • Fraud or scams

  • Phishing

  • Malware distribution

  • Spam or bulk unsolicited messaging

  • Copyright infringement

  • Unauthorized access attempts

  • Harmful or abusive activities

  • Actions that threaten platform stability or security

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of services without prior notice.


6. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Tikly Cloud Solutions works to maintain reliable and stable services at all times. However, occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, infrastructure issues, cyber incidents, or third-party provider disruptions.

Customers are encouraged to maintain independent backups of all important websites, emails, databases, and digital content.


7. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

Certain services may rely on third-party providers including registrars, payment gateways, cloud infrastructure vendors, and software providers.

Tikly Cloud Solutions shall not be held liable for delays, outages, failures, or disruptions originating from third-party systems beyond our reasonable operational control.


8. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

Tikly Cloud Solutions reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate services where:

  • Payments remain overdue

  • These Terms are violated

  • Fraudulent activity is detected

  • Abuse occurs

  • Platform security is compromised

Serious violations may result in immediate termination without prior notice.


9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Tikly Cloud Solutions shall not be held liable for indirect losses, business interruption, loss of profits, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable operational control, including infrastructure failures, cyber incidents, third-party provider disruptions, or force majeure events.

While we work to provide secure and reliable services, customers remain responsible for maintaining backups and securing their own applications, systems, and account access credentials.


10. MODIFICATIONS

Tikly Cloud Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of our services after updates have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
